At our office, you come first. We see patients as one-of-a-kind individuals, not numbers or charts, and believe your healthcare should be as unique as you are. Our practice is small and intimate so we have extra time to get to know you, your lifestyle, and your overall health. We have only one physician in the office which you will see at every visit, with a well-respected staff who are committed to a high level of care and services. Meet Dr. David Pampe
Dr. David Pampe, M.D.
Dr. Pampe completed his undergraduate work at Lamar University in his hometown of Beaumont, Texas. He attended medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. An OB rotation brought him to Austin in his fourth year, and then he returned to Austin to complete his Family Medicine Residency at Brackenridge Hospital.
In 1984, Dr. Pampe established his private practice in Oak Hill, which was a small town near Austin. While continuing to practice in his concierge practice, he retains his role as Medical Director of NXP Semiconductor and continues his role of over 20 years as a proud researcher at Tekton Research. Dr. Pampe enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, as well as fly fishing, gardening, and literature.

Meet the Staff
Megan Rhymes - Office Manager
Megan joined the practice in 2014. Born and raised in Texas, she graduated from Pflugerville High School in 2001 and attended Angelo State University. She currently lives in Smithville with her husband James, daughters Hayleigh and Savannah, and chocolate lab Bella. Most of her time off is spent with family and friends enjoying the outdoors and soaking in the beautiful sunsets. She and her husband enjoy riding their Harley motorcycle exploring all the beautiful scenery and history of Texas has to offer.
Claudia Moore - Medical Assistant
Claudia is originally from Houston Texas and moved to Austin when she was 19 years old. She graduated from Allied Health Careers in 1991 as a Certified Medical Assistant. She joined the practice in April 2014 and has over 25 years of comprehensive medical experience ranging from Family Practice to Podiatry. She lives with her daughter Brittany and two English Bulldogs Lily and King. She is also fluent in Spanish.
